Brighton College is seeking a dedicated casual Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid to our international students.

About the Role
You will deliver face-to-face and online training to international students, ensuring compliance with RTO and VET standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training for CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Deliver HLTAID011-First Aid training as required
- Facilitate face-to-face and online classes via Moodle and Teams
- Contextualise training materials to meet student and industry needs
- Manage and support students through work placements
- Ensure compliance with RTO and VET standards
Essential Criteria
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid qualification (HLTAID011 or higher)
- Certificate IV or higher in Ageing Support or Community Services
- Recent industry experience in aged care or community services
- Experience delivering training to international students in an RTO setting
- Proficient in Moodle, Teams, or Zoom
