Lead Our Bar Team
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations and deliver outstanding service in a premium hospitality environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, mentoring teams, and driving high standards behind the bar.
What You’ll Do?
- Bar Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily bar and beverage service operations
- Ensure high standards in cocktails, wine service, and presentation
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, including VIP service
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Team Leadership
- Train, schedule, and support bartenders and bar staff
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Beverage Program & Menu Development
- Create and develop cocktail menus and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and venue managers
- Maintain consistency and quality across all beverages served
Inventory & Compliance
- Manage stock ordering, inventory checks, and supplier coordination
- Monitor beverage costs, stock rotation, and wastage control
- Ensure RSA, liquor licensing, and workplace safety compliance
- Prepare rosters, reports, and operational updates
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
Leadership and team management skills
RSA Certificate (required in Australia)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Experience in fine dining or premium hospitality venues preferred
Pay: From $6,800.00 per month
