We are looking for an experienced cleaning contractor to work in the common areas of Goldsborough Place Apartments, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am to 11am. Depending on performance and experiences, there is also a possibility of additional hours to assist check-in/out housekeeping.
Main tasks includes:
-General cleaning of designated areas, e.g. dusting, wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal.
-Moving general waste and recycle bins from carpark to designated area for council bin collections.
-Bringing and using tools and equipment such as backpack vacuums and leaf blower.
-Cleaning of toilets
If needed and mutually agreed upon, assist housekeepers in guest room cleaning
Our cleaners are the face of the property and play a pivotal role in delivering quality services to our residents and guests.
To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:
-Cleaning experience -A strong focus on time management and attention to detail
-The ability to work well in a team environment, and work collaboratively with teammates
-Excellent presentation
-Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
-Must have a good command of the English language and written skills for effective communication
- ABN registered.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service. As a pre-requisite, the successful candidate must have relevant visa to work legally in Australia. A National Police Clearance may also be required.
