We're seeking a strategic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our team in a permanent, full-time role. What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to drive workforce outcomes, using HR insights and data to enhance culture, engagement, performance, capability and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead HR reporting and analytics, including the development of dashboards, analysis of workforce trends and delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Manage key annual reporting obligations, including WGEA reporting, insurance reporting and contributions to the Group Annual Report.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, providing expert coaching, guidance and high-quality HR support.
- Lead the delivery and continuous enhancement of our employee benefits program, ensuring our offerings are valued, well communicated and aligned to employee needs.
- Provide expert employee relations support in partnership with our ER Specialist, including investigations, case management and the handling of sensitive matters with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence to develop policies, improve systems and contribute to organisation-wide people initiatives and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics and translating data into practical, business-focused insights.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Well-developed project management skills and the ability to successfully implement HR programs and initiatives.
- A proactive, organised and resilient approach, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to identify trends, deliver recommendations and influence outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain one.
- Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Experience within, or a genuine interest in, the mental health, disability or community services sector will be highly regarded.
