Barista Wanted – Join the TwoFives Cafe Team ☕
Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional café experiences? TwoFives Café is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with efficiency and care
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning coffee station
- Deliver warm, friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house during peak hours
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a fast-paced cafe or similar environment
- Confident using commercial espresso machines with a solid understanding of coffee-making techniques
- Ability to handle 5–7kg of coffee per day solo
- Basic latte art skills
- Friendly, can-do attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a rotating roster
- Availability on weekdays and at least one weekend
- Working hours will depend on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
