About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity supporting the planning and delivery of major medical equipment and facility assets that enable high-quality healthcare across NSW. The role will work closely with the internal advisory function to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancing processes, systems and ways of working. The role will also support capital projects by assisting advisors with project coordination and administrative activities, helping to drive quality, timely outcomes.
Working across a diverse portfolio, you will collaborate with stakeholders, produce high-quality documentation and reporting, and support effective project delivery. You will also help coordinate and administrate consultations and governance groups, facilitate communication across teams, and contribute insights through research and analysis. In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening governance, improving internal capability, and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for two years period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
A highly organised and proactive coordinator with strong project management and administrative skills, capable of delivering quality outcomes in fast-paced environments. Excels at managing competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under tight timeframes. Experience with the development and implementation of digitally-enabled solutions.
You bring well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, coordinate activities, and escalate risks and issues as they arise. With a solution-focused mindset, you are confident analysing information from disparate sources, tracking project progress, and supporting informed decision-making to keep projects on track.
