We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop and keep operations running at their best.
In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day workflow, support and mentor a team of talented technicians, and ensure every job leaves the workshop meeting our high safety and quality standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our plant, equipment, and facilities, creating a clean, organised, and efficient environment for the team to thrive in.
You’ll be the central link between the workshop, customers, and management — keeping communication clear, jobs on track, and performance targets in sight. If you love problem‑solving, motivating people, and improving processes, you’ll feel right at home here.
- A trade qualification in Mechanical, Diesel, Heavy Equipment or similar
- Leadership skills and confidence coordinating a team
- Strong troubleshooting ability and workshop experience
