Position Overview:
As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of Lucky Little Dumplings, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth restaurant operations. Your role will involve greeting and serving customers, managing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take and process orders efficiently at the counter or table.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
