About the Role:
- Part time position, must be available weekends
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Immediate start available

✔ Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-paced kitchen
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own station
✔ Strong organisational skills, including stock control and ordering
✔ Creative flair to develop weekly specials and menu items
✔ A passion for using fresh, local ingredients in your cooking
✔ Attention to detail in both food preparation and presentation
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for breakfast and lunch
- Creating weekly specials and seasonal menu items
- Managing stock levels, inventory, and ensuring proper ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
