About The Project
You’ll be joining the Cross Yarra Partnership Maintenance team, a high-profile tunnel and stations Public Private Partnership supporting a critical urban rail network in Melbourne. Delivered in partnership with key stakeholders including government authorities, operators and contractors, this long-term asset maintenance program plays a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable and high-performing infrastructure for millions of passengers each year.
Working within an established maintenance environment, you’ll contribute to a mature asset management system while helping drive continuous improvement and quality excellence across complex operational interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing compliance of CYP AMS with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 55001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Develop, implement and maintain quality and continuous improvement policies, procedures and standards aligned with industry best practice
Maintain the document management system, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and version control.
Manage the integrated audit program, including planning and delivery of internal and external audits, and oversee timely close‑out of non‑conformances.
Monitor and manage corrective actions arising from gaps or issues within the QMP and operational procedures.
Coordinate the update of the Quality Management Plan annually, incorporating legislative changes and industry learnings.
Prepare quality performance reports, identifying trends, gaps and non‑conformances, and recommending improvement initiatives.
Deliver quality‑related training to maintenance teams, including continuous improvement methodologies and process discipline.
Proactively engage with teams and stakeholders to achieve performance targets and promote a high‑performance culture.
Provide coaching and subject‑matter guidance during root cause analysis, supporting capability uplift.
Coordinate the annual reviews and submissions of the Project Management Plans
What We Are Looking For
Qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Asset Management or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
Lead Auditor Qualification – Preferred but not essential
Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies
1–3 years in a quality, audit, governance or compliance support role.
Experience assisting with audits, quality checks or document control activities.
Exposure to continuous improvement or structured problem solving.
Experience working in infrastructure, construction, maintenance or similar environments (preferred but not essential).
Experience providing administrative or analytical support to a quality, assurance or operational team.
