We are growing our Commercial Litigation practice and are seeking a 3 or 4 year Associate to join our highly regarded Health team in Brisbane.

The Opportunity
Our Commercial Litigation team is recognised nationally for its expertise in complex disputes, regulatory investigations and risk management.
You will work closely with Kate Betts and the broader Commercial Litigation team, gaining significant responsibility, direct client exposure and exceptional mentoring while building your profile in a specialised growing practice.
You will advise a diverse range of leading clients, including public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government health departments and statutory authorities and professional regulatory bodies.
The team advises on a broad range of complex health-related disputes and regulatory matters, including professional negligence and liability claims, coronial inquests and inquiries, health practitioner disciplinary proceedings, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, complaints and investigations involving healthcare professionals, Royal Commissions, commissions of inquiry and independent reviews.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated and meaningful work while providing a genuine pathway for career development within a leading national disputes practice
What we're Looking For
We are interested in talented lawyers who combine strong technical capability with commercial judgement, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in health law and complex disputes.
Ideally, you will have:
- 3-5 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience gained in a leading health practice
- Strong experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or regulatory investigations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial mindset
