Seeking organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our team at Canning Vale Toyota!
Key Responsibilities
-
Respond to customer enquiries, manage sales requests, and provide accurate quotations while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Ensure daily orders are placed on time.

Support inventory management operations through the timely ordering, receipt, and organisation of parts, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.

Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.
-
Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
-
Possess and develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories.

Work closely with our experienced Parts team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring

Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability.

Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Sound knowledge of automotive parts and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced Parts environment and handle multiple tasks.
