The Role:
We are seeking an efficient Chef to manage pizza station operations, food prep, and kitchen sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch dough, top, and cook woodfire pizzas.
- Execute daily kitchen prep work and ingredient stocking.
- Maintain strict kitchen cleaning schedules and HACCP standards.
- Perform other general kitchen duties at the manager's discretion. [1, 2]
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification kitchen experience.
- Trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery) preferred.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced pizzeria or commercial kitchen.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
