About The Role:
The Senior Coach will provide leadership to the casual coaching team, driving a culture that embraces the Tennis World brand and actively promotes our best practice programs and outstanding customer service.
Administratively this position will manage weekly competitions and competitive play opportunities at various times throughout the term, including but not limited to Hot Shots Challenges, UTR Match Play, Adult Social Play and Club Championships.
This is a fulltime role - work days are Monday to Saturday, 6 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Set individual coach benchmarks in consultation with coaching staff.

Uphold the TA Values on a daily basis (Imagination, collaboration, Humility and Excellence) and assist to build a culture that instils the expectations of Tennis World by maintaining standards of professionalism and excellence that reflect a high performance culture.

In consultation with the Head Coach, support a philosophy of post junior integration in the National Academy.

Seek to improve efficiencies and consumer experience in the delivery of service.

Budget analysis and reporting.

Communicate powerfully and broadly to the coaching team to keep them informed and up to date on Tennis World initiatives and program offerings.
- To create, develop and uphold Tennis World coaching philosophy on a daily basis

Produce regular detailed reports on the effectiveness and coordination of the coaching program.

Report on budgetary status and other KPI’s to gauge the effectiveness of the various coaching programs.

Undertake an event role where required at key annual events such as Pro Tour events
