We are currently recruiting for a hard working and reliable
Loan Set Coordinator to join our clients busy team based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
This is a full-time casual contract role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehousing experience who enjoys working in a fast paced, detail focused environment. You will be assisting with the coordination of loan sets, including picking, packing, receipt and dispatch, stock control, labelling and general warehouse duties.
The successful candidate will be motivated, reliable and highly accurate, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinating loan sets and ensuring all items are handled with care
- Performing physical and administrative tasks relating to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfilment
- Following company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Handling products with care and strong attention to detail
- Resolving issues efficiently and escalating where required
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to read and understand English clearly
- A reliable, punctual and committed attitude
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime from time to time
- Two satisfactory work referees
Full training will be provided, however previous warehouse experience and a strong work ethic are essential.
