Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles is a leading bathroom and kitchen fixtures supplier, stocking 30+ premium brands across tapware, sanitaryware, and tiles. Our Milperra showroom services both trade and residential clients, and we're growing — we're looking for a Showroom Consultant who can turn a client's vision into a finished selection they're excited about.
The Role
As our Showroom Consultant, you'll be the face of Blue Leaf for walk-in and appointment clients — guiding them through our range, helping them build a cohesive look for their project, and making sure every order runs smoothly from selection through to supplier fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and consult with showroom visitors, understanding their project, budget, and style
- Guide clients through PC (Prime Cost) item selections for tiles and tapware, explaining options clearly
- Interpret client mood boards and inspiration, and translate them into a coordinated product selection across tiles, tapware, and fixtures
- Build strong client relationships through clear, professional, and responsive communication — in showroom, by phone, and via email
- Liaise directly with suppliers on stock availability, lead times, orders, and issue resolution
- Process orders and manage stock/product data accurately using Cin7
- Support online sales and product listings via Shopify
- Work toward growing showroom visit numbers and overall sales
What You'll Need
- Fair understanding of PC items and tiles, ideally from a bathroom, kitchen, building, or interior design background
- A good eye for design — confident interpreting client mood boards and pulling products together into a cohesive finished look
- Strong client communication skills, both in person and over phone/email
- Comfortable communicating directly with suppliers to manage orders and resolve issues
- Fair working understanding of the Cin7 platform and Shopify
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident taking ownership of the client journey from first visit to final order
