We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our office. This is a fully office-based role that plays an important part in creating a positive experience for our people, clients and visitors while ensuring the office runs smoothly each day.
We're open to both full-time applicants and those seeking part-time hours, with an afternoon schedule of 12:00pm – 5:00pm available.
In this role, you'll:
- Welcome clients, visitors and guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage general reception duties, including answering phones and directing enquiries.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they remain tidy and presentable throughout the day.
- Help maintain the kitchen and shared office spaces, ensuring they are clean, organised and well stocked.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide day-to-day support to help keep the office running efficiently.
- Assist with other general office duties as required.
You enjoy helping others, take pride in maintaining an organised workplace and thrive in a busy office environment. You're approachable, reliable and have a positive attitude, making you a great fit for our collaborative culture.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- The ability and willingness to work fully office-based.
- Availability for either full-time hours (8.30AM-5PM) or part-time hours (12:00pm – 5:00pm).
