About the role
Physiophi is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Jindalee, QLD. This part-time position offers top remuneration and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to an existing caseload. You'll work across a diverse mix of clients including musculoskeletal, women's health, NDIS, and workers' compensation. We are especially keen to hear from physiotherapists with women's health training or experience.
This is a subcontractor role, 3 days per week, offering you genuine autonomy to build and run your own client base, supported by an established, premium practice with the systems, reputation, and culture to help you do your best work.

What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physiotherapist in a private musculoskeletal clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Excellent exercise/pilates background
- Demonstrated strong knowledge in exercise and pilates methodology
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, tailored care
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and research
- Excellent client retention and word of mouth.
- Ability to provide client retention rate data demonstrating successful long-term client relationships
- Preferred but not required: Experience or interest in women's health — not essential for consideration.
- Must be an Australian citizen with unrestricted rights to work in Australia
