JOB ROLE
The role is responsible to execute and establishing the sales agenda (for the region responsible) based on the sales strategy including identification of key prospects, qualifying, developing, and converting the sales to achieve organization sales targets
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
Sales Strategy, Business plans and Targets
Assist and provide input to senior management in formulating overall sales strategies and decision making with insights and data points for the region.
Lead the implementation of the sub region level sales strategy for Nucleus including creation of plans, budgets and targets for each territory as well as resource requirements.
Divide the targets based on geography to respective territory sales manager to maximize the growth potential for the sub region by driving penetration into key sectors, markets and acquiring large accounts.
Business Development
Analyze region specific markets and requirements to increase market share for the various solution areas; analyze current pipeline and build forecasts for the future
Identify new opportunities and requirements for clients and work closely with internal teams to design and implement a solution strategy
Monitor the leads generated and ensure all the details of prospect clients are updated in the Nucleus database
Qualify the lead based on the parameters established (potential company background, leadership team, company financials etc.)
Sales Operations and Performance management
Oversee the entire sales cycle and manage large-scale deals
Participate in / lead negotiations with clients at various stages of sales lifecycle
Design, create and run sales campaigns. Pursue leads and follow up to closure.
Provide guidance and support to the team in order to stay aligned with the annual plans and sales target; review work and manage escalations
Monitor sub region level performances and drive corrective action to make the sales process more effective and efficient ensuring adherence to the budget
Gather data points and information from the team and prepare the sub region level sales dashboard for management,
KPIs and drive realignment required based on management reviews
Relationship Building
Liaise with industry leaders and build alliances/ partners in the assigned regions to understand evolving customer requirements and business challenges
Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned region’s key clients, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Process Improvement and People Management
Stay abreast with industry leading best practices and latest technologies and drive adoption of the same to increase efficiency and quality of sales operations and pitches
Manage effective resource allocation across different regions, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
MBA/PGDBM (Sales / Marketing - is preferred)
Skills:
In-depth understanding and experience in BFSI for contacts
Knowledgeable about Industry and competition trends
Extensive Knowledge of SPANCO - sales cycle + strategic sale
Market trends and analysis
In-depth analysis of customer eco-system
Knowledge about Nucleus products
