WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communications Officer to join our People & Sustainability team in Brisbane. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality internal communications that connect employees, support leaders, and strengthen organisational culture.
This role suits someone who enjoys storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate complex information into clear, engaging content for a variety of audiences and channels.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to plan and deliver communication campaigns, support leadership messaging, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our communications strategy and employee experience.
Ideally you will have;
- 4–7+ years’ experience in internal communications roles
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint, intranet, Canva
- Exposure to change communications and organisational initiatives
Highly regarded:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications or Public Relations
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci)
