As an Auxiliary Services Supervisor - Catering, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients and residents receive safe, high-quality meals that support their wellbeing. From coordinating daily kitchen operations to leading your team with confidence, you'll help create a reliable, supportive food service that people can trust.

Leading catering operations to deliver timely, nutritious meals across hospital and aged care settings
Supporting and mentoring your team, building capability and fostering a positive workplace culture
Driving improvements in food quality, safety and service delivery standards
Managing resources and systems to keep operations efficient, compliant and responsive to changing needs

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Experience in food services, ideally within healthcare, aged care or large-scale catering
Ability to lead and support a team, including rostering and performance management
Knowledge of food safety standards and commitment to quality and compliance
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in food safety supervision or hospitality, and experience improving service delivery in a structured environment.
