- $66,000-$70,000 FTE pay band
- 12-month part-time opportunity (days and hours negotiable)

About the role
- Support high-quality learning programs that inspire children’s growth and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Build strong relationships with families to support positive learning outcomes.
- Maintain quality documentation and compliance with education standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team and provide leadership as Responsible Person when required.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education plus a minimum of two years of on-the-job training, and demonstratable skills and knowledge in Early Years practices.
- Sound knowledge of the issues and needs that affect young children and their families, and experience in applying strategies to support inclusive practice and positive outcomes for children.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and VEYLD and an understanding of how to apply and adopt relevant policies, standards and regulations into the program.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full Australian working rights, Working with Children Check and Australian Drivers Licence.
