We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vendor Management Officer to support the daily operational needs of a large transport company in Mascot. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and strong vendor experience. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of vendor management functions. This is an exciting opportunity for any administration professional to develop skills in a supportive and proactive environment.
Primary Roles and Responsibility

Creating and processing Contracts
-
Answering Contract queries
-
Compliance - chasing and updating expired policies and other relevant documentation
-
Vendor On boarding
-
Calling vendors
-
Document storage on SharePoint
-
Collection of COR (Chain of Responsibility) documentation
-
Updating data bases in SharePoint and Microsoft Access
-
Liaising with internal stakeholders
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
-
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Access is a bonus
-
Good written and verbal communication skills
-
Administrative support experience
-
Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
