MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in Sydney with a full time Personal Assistant. As a company, MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP, Samsung, Xerox, Lexmark and Brother, to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their IT needs and more.
Duties will include:
- Assisting in varied tasks within the business
- Data entry
- Understanding the portfolio of products, services and overall ethos of the business
- Assisting with purchase orders, maintain pricing spreadsheets, and process invoices.
- Research potential vendors and track inbound deliveries.
- Analyse market and demand trends to forecast supply needs.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and issuing client invoices
- General office administrative support
Essential criteria:
- Willing to assist with all departments and teams within the business
- Highly motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of ERP software, and cost analysis.
