Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll help shape and deliver digital products and services that improve how people interact with government. You'll uncover business needs, facilitate workshops and translate ideas into clear requirements, business cases and Statements of Work that drive meaningful outcomes.

Senior Business Analyst
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and communicate complex information to a range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships, achieve alignment and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyse complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions.
- Solid time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, balance multiple initiatives and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Key knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and knowledge of requirements elicitation and development of business and functional requirements.
- Advanced facilitation and workshop skills.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, tools and methodologies and the ability to apply them within digital delivery environments.
- Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA.
- Prior experience in Pega advantageous
- Business Analysis and Pega certifications such as Certified Pega Business Architect and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) highly regarded
