Due to expansion, our high-performing and highly team-oriented property company is hiring an additional “Property Manager” to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focussed on client services, closely-knitted teamwork and passionate support for our team members.
You will have the opportunity to work with property management and property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focussed on achieving results together. You will work with and learn from highly experienced professionals.
***FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have any property experience. Salary commensurates with experience***
Your tasks include, but not limited to , the following to equip you fully and give you ample earning potential:
- being one of the contact persons for property owners, tenants and trades
- Assisting with variety of inspections, viewings, routine inspections
- Marketing and advertising campaign management for rental
- Provide maintenance support to clients and tenants
- Property management related tasks.

The person should be:
- willing to be a team player, learn and grow.
- Interested in real estate industry and wanting to create a successful career in real estate
- Ability to speak basic Chinese is nice to have (NOT compulsory, as our business covers Asia as well)
