What you will do
As executive coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across the Office of the General Counsel.
You will help keep important legal and business processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You will:
-
maintain confidential records, databases and statutory delegation registers
-
prepare, review and coordinate sensitive business documents and delegation assurance processes
-
support effective office operations through administration, invoice management and record keeping
-
build strong working relationships across the department and with external contacts
-
improve practical processes and provide support to senior leaders as needed.
About you
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. Experience providing high-quality administrative support to senior managers or executives will help you succeed.
You should also have:
-
strong experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex administrative work
-
excellent skills using Microsoft applications, databases and records systems
-
sound judgement to manage competing priorities, solve problems and work with limited direction
-
clear communication skills, a collaborative approach and a commitment to inclusion.
