About The Role
Port Migration is looking for a Migration Agent Assistant to join our growing team based in our Port Melbourne office. Be part of a high performing team providing exceptional service and a strong track record of successful migration outcomes to clients across Australia and around the world.
The successful applicant will assist Registered Migration Agents preparing and lodging Australian Partner Visa applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Migration Agents in preparing Partner Visa applications and supporting documentation
- Liaise with clients via phone, email, video call and in person to gather visa documents and follow up on applications
- Maintain records and update client files within our CRM system
- Provide admin support during webinars and video calls
Requirements
- No migration industry experience required. This position suits a law or migration law student or an experienced administration professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
