- Managing and coordinating the store’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Designing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals and business objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales results to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Overseeing inventory control, including stock ordering, tracking, and maintaining accurate stock systems.
- Hiring, training, supervising staff, and preparing work schedules.
- Delivering excellent customer service and effectively handling customer queries and complaints.
- Controlling budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting pricing decisions.
- Ensuring full compliance with workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
- Assisting management in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintaining store presentation, including visual merchandising and display quality.
- Staying updated on competitor strategies and market trends.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
