Bourke Street is preparing to reopen with Zara’s latest store concept, creating an opportunity to be part of the team shaping the customer experience from day one. As a Full-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll be present and proactive with customers — understanding what they need, sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations and alternatives that make their experience easier. You’ll work across the store, staying close to the product, customer flow and daily priorities. From customer interactions and fitting rooms to replenishment and keeping the floor ready to shop, your role will help create an experience that feels considered, energetic and distinctly Zara.
