Community Home Australia is increasing our clinical capacity in the ACT and is seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Canberra.
Community Home Australia is an established, registered NDIS provider and charity serving the Canberra community since 2021 by providing internationally recognised specialist younger onset dementia and neurocognitive disability services.
All applicants must :
- hold registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Have experience is supporting clients with tracheostomy care and have completed accredited training and hold endorsement in this clinical area
- have a strong desire to work with people living with dementia, cognitive impairment and neurocognitive disability
- have a desire and willingness to complete ongoing education and training
- be currently living in Australia
- have authority to work in Australia
The role is a combination of direct care provision, team supervision and mentoring and reports directly to the ACT Territory Manager.
We require all staff to display flexibility and a willingness to engage actively with our guests to enable them to live their lives as they wish.
