The Role
As our Regional Manager for Victoria, you'll lead 9 stores with a hands-on, in-store presence that champions operational excellence, visual consistency and a premium customer experience. You'll set the standard for execution — ensuring every store reflects our brand philosophy, delivers an elevated Active Living experience, and maintains exceptional visual merchandising and operational precision.
From coaching teams to deliver inspiring customer moments, to ensuring stock, VM, brand presentation and daily operations are consistently flawless, you'll be the driving force behind creating the stores our customers love returning to.
You'll bring strong commercial focus, a passion for high standards, and the ability to motivate your teams to execute with energy, purpose and pride.
Your key responsibilities
- Leading your region to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs and targets
- Using data insights to identify opportunities, build action plans and drive profitable outcomes
- Leading with a customer-first mindset to ensure a consistent, elevated experience across all stores
- Coaching and mentoring Store Managers to grow capability, confidence and leadership strength
- Developing succession pipelines and attracting talent aligned to our brand values and purpose
Who You Are
You're energised by retail, inspired by people, and motivated by results. You bring:
- Retail leadership experience at a regional or multi-site level
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and exceeding KPIs
- A genuine passion for leading, coaching and developing people
- Strong business acumen and the ability to turn insights into action
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (regular travel across Victorian stores is required)
