The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to store sales, KPIs, and daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through our ZJOOSH Steps of Service.
- Achieving sales targets and supporting key store KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Transactions.
- Building customer relationships and confidently recommending products.
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Processing sales, stock, deliveries, and store operations accurately.
- Supporting communication with store leadership and Head Office.
About You
You are positive, reliable, and love connecting with customers. You take pride in delivering results and maintaining high standards. You will have:
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- A passion for fashion, homewares, styling, and gifting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
- Weekend availability is essential.
