What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness
- Answer calls, manage appointments, and handle the daily diary
- Process billing, Medicare & Hearing Services Program claims
- Maintain accurate records and support retail product sales
- Keep the clinic running smoothly, clean, and organised
- Support our marketing, social media, and community engagement
About You:
- Admin, reception, or customer service experience (Allied Healthcare a bonus!)
- Excellent communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask like a pro
- Tech-savvy with good time management
- Friendly, professional, and people-focused

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Albury NSW 2640: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
