Bakery Production Staff – Early Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of sourdough bread and other goods.
- Mix, knead, shape, and bake according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow production schedules and support team goals.
Requirements:
- Training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of sourdough techniques is a plus.
