Your role, Your Impact
Step into a high-impact role where you’ll support a network of over 47,000 retail team members. As a key point of contact, you’ll deliver essential support via phone and email—guiding partners through training completion, supporting system navigation, and ensuring compliance obligations are met with confidence.
You’ll also play a vital role behind the scenes, maintaining accurate training records and helping create seamless, efficient learning experiences across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the go-to support for retail partners, helping them successfully complete training programs via phone and email
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting system and access issues with confidence and care
- Monitor training progress, proactively identifying non-compliance, incidents, and emerging trends
- Ensure data accuracy through daily administration and maintenance of training records
- Empower partners by educating them on system navigation, functionality, and training requirements
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and drive more efficient, effective training outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
You are a people-focused problem solver who enjoys helping others succeed. You bring strong attention to detail, confidence communicating over phone and email, and a proactive mindset to improve how things work. You thrive in structured environments where accuracy matters and take pride in delivering a great experience every time.
- Experienced in customer service roles with strong phone and email communication skills
- Proven capability supporting training systems or administration processes
- Strong skills in Excel, with ability to manage and interpret data
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally with exposure to wagering or training
