We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Concierge Officer to join our team. This position combines concierge-style customer service with security responsibilities, ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing assistance to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
As the first point of contact on site, you will maintain a strong security presence, conduct patrols and respond to tenant enquiries. You will play a key role in delivering both exceptional customer service and a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal and external security patrols of the property.
- Monitor and maintain the security and safety of tenants, visitors, and assets.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage access control for tenants, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and building systems.
- Complete incident reports, maintenance reports, and daily activity logs.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
- Liaise with building management, contractors, emergency services, and tenants as required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times.
Requirements
✅ Current NSW Security Licence.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Strong report writing and computer skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
✅ Professional presentation and grooming.
✅ Experience in concierge, customer service, or security roles preferred.
✅ Ability to conduct regular patrols and remain alert throughout shifts.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
