Bagala Bros Australia is a 2nd generation family owned and operated Australian rose grower and cut flower wholesale company.
We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist for our business located at the Sydney Flower Markets in Homebush West
Your duties will include:
· Identify and forecast emerging flower and floral design trends, both locally and internationally.
· Conduct market research to support findings.
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
· Plan, create and execute engaging social media campaigns on social media platforms.
· Advise on pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies based on seasonality and customer demand
· Collaborate closely with the product purchaser to align stock selection with market demand and trends.
· Create compelling visual and written content showcasing products and seasonal offerings.
· Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and ROI
· Maintain budgets and prepare market reports to support business growth.
· Maintain brand consistency across website and social media platforms.
In return you will receive:
· Package Range: $76,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
· Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

Requirements of position
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
· A strong knowledge of fresh cut flowers varieties and seasonal knowledge
· Attention to detail and excellent observational skills
· Good communication skills
