Live Green Homes is looking for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
We are a local award winning builder specialising in custom homes with a strong focus on energy efficiency, sustainable building practices and high quality client outcomes.
Our homes are not one size fits all. We work closely with our clients to understand their lifestyle, priorities and vision, then help guide them through the early stages of creating a home that is thoughtful, efficient and built for the future.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can communicate clearly, and takes pride in delivering a high level of customer experience. You will assist with new home enquiries, client appointments, follow ups, sales documentation and helping clients take the first steps towards building their dream home.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Saturday availability
Previous experience is not essential. We are open to speaking with experienced salespeople as well as the right person looking to build a career in new home sales.
Retainer from $60,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation, with commission structure negotiable based on experience and role suitability.
