My client is a boutique Queensland law firm looking for a Senior Lawyer to join their growing team. Remote-first role with genuine flexibility, ideal if you're ready for more autonomy and less bureaucracy than a larger firm offers.
The Role
- Run your own file load, mainly commercial litigation, from inception to resolution
- Advise clients clearly and strategically at every stage of a dispute
- Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, contracts and settlement documents
- Appear in courts and tribunals, or prepare briefing materials
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on practical outcomes
- Collaborate with the broader legal team on complex or cross-practice matters
About You
- Admitted to practice in Australia, 5+ years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage matters independently, start to finish
- Strong written and verbal communicator with a client-first approach
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Current Queensland practising certificate

Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
