We're looking for an experienced
Contracts Administrator to join our team on
Garden Island, WA.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of construction projects from procurement through to handover.
Working closely with site and project teams, you'll help manage contracts, procurement, project administration, cost control and stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and contract administration
- Prepare, assess and manage subcontractor variations and progress claims
- Monitor project costs, cashflow forecasts and financial reporting
- Support head contract administration and contractual compliance
- Coordinate project documentation, quality records and document control
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Assist with project handover, defects management and close-out activities
- Contribute to a positive project culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
About You
You'll be an organised and commercially minded construction professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of subcontract management and contract administration
- Experience managing variations, procurement and project cost reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- A collaborative approach and commitment to safety and quality
