About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Melbourne team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and performance of MyConnect’s direct sales and marketing activity. You will work across digital marketing strategy, campaign performance, budget optimization, sales conversion, and key growth targets across Energy, Gas and Telco.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of strong sales outcomes, and can connect marketing activity with real commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing MyConnect’s digital marketing strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing
- Obtaining key customer feedback from the front line to enhance campaign performance
- Managing and optimising marketing budgets
- Working closely with the call centre sales team to ensure the Direct sales marketing call centre team is across all marketing campaigns
- Supporting the optimisation of conversion performance
- Managing cost to serve and cost to acquire targets
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets across Energy, Gas and Telco
- Contributing to the further enhancement of sales agent commission plans, rewards and recognition initiatives, and incentives
- Supporting the development of external partnerships with digital marketing organisations
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous successful experience in:
- Digital marketing
- Utilities
- Call centre environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Results-driven sales and marketing performance
- Budget management and campaign optimisation
- Working with teams to achieve commercial targets
Key Target Areas
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Operate within cost to acquire targets
- Operate within cost to service targets
- Manage activity within monthly marketing budgets
- Achieve yearly growth targets
