to join our Operations team and play a key role in optimising product quality, manufacturing performance, and technical capability.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will be the technical expert for product manufacturing, working across Operations, Innovation, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations for quality, yield, performance, and compliance.
This is a highly visible role where you will combine your processing expertise with continuous improvement principles to drive operational excellence and support future growth.

You will bring:

Proven experience manufacturing within a commercial environment

Strong technical knowledge of processing, meat quality, ingredients, and production equipment

Demonstrated success in process optimisation, yield improvement, and troubleshooting

Experience conducting production trials and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Experience working within food safety and quality frameworks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
