PROCOM Holdings is an Australian company, which has been operating for over 23 years within the Electronic Payment Industry. We have over 100 Field Service agents across multiple states and territories within Australia.
We are currently seeking multiple individual/s or subcontractors to join our valued team providing field service support within the Perth Metro area on behalf of our clients, to some of the largest banks in Australia.
The project will run for approximately 6 months with the potential of ongoing BAU works on completion of the project.
As an EFTPOS Field Service Agent, you will be
- Driving between the Procom depot and multiple merchant sites within the Metro area.
- Installing, Upgrading, Replacing and Recovering EFTPOS terminals from merchant sites.
- Providing basic on-site training to merchants for their EFTPOS terminals.
- Conducting EFTPOS fault finding and repair on merchants’ site.
- Expected to work 5 days a week with the possibility of weekends when required
Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
To be considered for one of the positions you will possess the following attributes:
- Be Tech Savvy
- Must be competent and capable of learning all aspects of in store EFTPOS installations
- Have a high attention to detail and well organised
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be well presented with the ability to work unsupervised.
Requirements:
- A current WA driver’s license (compulsory)
- A current Police check, within the last 6 months (compulsory)
The positions are ideally suited to a person with experience in EFTPOS, Point of Sales equipment, general IT, Office equipment, someone generally Tech Savvy who enjoys a fast-paced environment, driving from site to site and working with people.
