CHEF – FULL TIME
Goldie's Café is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Dubbo, NSW.
Located in the heart of Dubbo, Goldie's is a busy café and hospitality venue focused on fresh, seasonal food, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing high-quality menu items
- Managing food preparation and service during busy periods
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Location: Dubbo NSW
- Salary: $73,150 – $80,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
