We're proud of our reputation for quality products and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our Campbellfield showroom and warehouse.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering variety, stability and the chance to grow with a successful Australian business.
About the Role
This is a customer-focused role combining showroom sales, customer service and warehouse operations.
You'll spend your day assisting customers, answering enquiries, preparing quotations and processing orders, while also helping with picking, packing, stock control and general warehouse duties. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to help wherever needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with showroom sales.
- Answer phone, email and online enquiries professionally.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Assist with customer collections and organise freight.
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately.
- Receive stock and maintain inventory.
- Keep the showroom and warehouse clean, organised and well presented.
- Assist with warranty enquiries and after-sales support.
- Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or the automotive / 4WD industry (highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to assist with both showroom sales and warehouse duties.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
A Forklift Licence and experience with inventory or ERP systems such as Odoo will be an advantage but are not essential.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
