About the Role
This is primarily a waitstaff position, with opportunities to assist behind the bar when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and professional table service
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving meals and drinks efficiently
- Preparing coffees and classic cocktails (or willingness to learn)
- Running food and clearing tables
- Processing payments through the POS
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Completing opening and closing duties in line with company procedures
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant waitstaff experience
- Confident carrying multiple plates and working in a busy service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
- Bar and coffee experience is preferred
- Reliable, well-presented and punctual
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Availability Required
This position is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening shifts only. As Casa Di Amore operates evening service only, applicants must be available to work all three evenings.
