- Hourly rate $40.49 plus 12% superannuation
- Attractive salary packaging options (up to $15,900 per year tax free) and a further $2,650 per year for meals and entertainment.
Chorus Kitchen is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part time Customer Service Co-ordinator/Customer Partner to join our dedicated team in Albany.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our meals service while providing compassionate and professional support to customers, volunteers and colleagues.
About the Role
The Customer Service Co-ordinator/Customer Partner is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Chorus Kitchen meals service throughout the Great Southern region. You will liaise with customers, families, volunteers and internal teams to ensure meal orders, enquiries and deliveries are managed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to a high volume of customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process customer orders and payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate and support volunteer meal delivery rosters.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting the team wherever needed to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

- Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.

Essential Requirements

Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate (issued within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
