We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Team Lead to lead our team in Balmain and bring the Dolly’s Açaí experience to life! This is a perfect for someone who loves shooting videos for social media, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You must be comfortable with working on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends. This is a 4 day a week role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and customer service
- Oversee staff training and leadership to junior team members
- Maintain high product quality and presentation standards — ensuring freshness and consistency daily
- Prepare fruits, toppings, açaí bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt, and other menu items
- Provide excellent customer service, including cashiering and resolving queries
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and dietary requirements
- Uphold store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuously improve store processes
- Manage and create engaging content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts

- Social media experience and not afraid to be in front of the camera
- Ability to work independently and also in a small team
- Previous food and beverage experience is essential
- A can-do attitude with a proven ability to solve problems independently

- A team player with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
