Spring Farm ELC is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to begin a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education while completing a fully paid traineeship.
You will work alongside experienced educators to learn and develop your skills while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist educators in providing high-quality care and education for children
- Support the implementation of engaging learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Follow centre policies and procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, caring, and motivated personality
- Ability to obtain or willingness to obtain:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to complete)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must be willing to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Pay: $10.00 – $28.00 per hour
